Very Good Lady! :) I can't get enough of Rollin Stones!

Basset you have exquisite taste in music I'm listening to several of your suggestions (Cribs, Air, MGMT) quite a lot atm those tracks have got under my skin a bit. Good choices mate post more!!

Ian Brown bought back a few memories for me as well. I was a big fan of his during my time at uni and in fact I went to see him at Bristol Academy as well which was a great gig. Manny from Stone Roses was also there playing it was a really good night. That was the first proper "gig" I ever went to and for the next 8 years I spent my life listening to as much live music as I could! Good old monkey man!

I also liked Billy Talent that eme posted and 30 seconds to Mars.

Time get dust of uTorrent I think :p

Here's a band forgot Pulp (remember them?) This was always my favourite one of theres.

Bar Italia
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ln-609F-y8o

I always feel a little dirty when admitting I like the Eagles but there sound really embodded America for me. Bit of a slow but you've probably heard this one.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=umw1-Do3-ho

THERE'S A BLACK MAN MY IN THE WHITE HOUSE

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HTN6Du3MCgI

As I went to uni in Bristol ofc bands like Massive Attack and Prtishead ruled sumpreme. Heres one of the most popular but certainly no where near there best. Blues Lines is one of the greatest albums of all time. nuf said!

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=KGYRvIOZfZ8

I think we;ve all refrained from posting the popular stuff which has been great but I do like the Foo's so heres an acoustic number.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=uydpjYShNfQ

This songs a year or two old now but I still have it on a few playlists on my iPod. Everything else they did was truely terrible thou :p

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=clhOnZRrmXc

Another "Spawn of Coldplay" band but these are very good. The Fray

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mpiEEl_5pmA

I've recently learnt to play this song on the guitar so I hope you like this one.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JxAI6Yd6diI

I a fan of pretty much everything Damen Alburn has done since Country House came out. I think Zarni's like these!

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=RygPiF1d79M

Just to be a bit different ... As some of you may know I play a bit of guitar now and then I'm no pro but I love the sound that lump of wood! I'm very into the blues at the moment and here is the god of blues. He's one old fat man now but he's got such a sweet sound. When music is played with feeling and emotion there is really nothing finer.

And last but not least check this out. I'm a life long fan of G nf R. I first listened to Appetite when I was about 12. I even remember what I doing ... I was helping my mate with his paperround and he had it one his walkman (cassettes back then) and I was just totally stunned. All I wanted to do was smoke and play guitar for the next 5 years!!! Anyway as I've said I play guitar so here is a vid from You Tube of a guy fu(king nailing one of my fav Roses songs. Check out just how smooth and fluid his playing is it looks likes he's hardly even touching the strings ... it's a joy to watch!

Heart - Crazy on you
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nnv6lVglnk

It's one of them song you hardly ever hear on the radio and one you don't really think about.
I just heard it for the first time in ages yesterday and enjoyed it.

Foo Fighters to start with. Been getting addicted to this group for a couple of years now, most of their albums are fantastic from my PoV. So here is a lil' example of them. They have a bunch of acoustic/love songs which I'm going to skip now :P

The Pretender from their newest album.
They have some interesting and original clips like these Breakout and this, my favourite :) Long Road to Ruin

I just can't make this reply without pointing to the band that marked me the most.

Stones most famous songs are well known by everyone but if there is one I just love for it's lyrics, rhythm and the whole feeling it transmits, it's Sympathy for the Devil

Great band that has gone through the time adapting to new tendencies with a clear mix of rhythm&blues, rock music.

Old Guns n' Roses promised too much, too bad they ended like that. Glad they left us some good gifts like November Rain Sweet Child o' mine among others.
Will miss those  speeches from Axl. This was in the last tour they made with the original setup from GnR.

The American Stones, Aerosmith is one of those bands that got some classics everyone heard once.
I don't wanna miss a thing from Armageddon OST, Crazy, Cryin

U2, with their very well know With or Without You, One, Bloody Sunday...

Ash with their well knownLose Control from GT1 OST.

Blur Song 2

Dylan Hurricane

Springsteen Born to Run

Creedence Clearwater Revival with their Fortunate Song

Deep Purple Highway Star

Lenny Kravitz Are you gonna go my way

Pearl Jam Hail Hail, Even Flow

Supergrass Pumping On Your Stereo

The Cardigans My Favourite Game

AC-DC Highway to Hell

Bon Jovi Livin' on a Prayer

Dire Straits Money for Nothing

Eric Clapton Cocaine

Garbage When I Grow Up

Gary Moore Walking by my Self

Greenday Basket Case

Jimmy Hendrix Hey Joe

Led Zeppelin Whola lotta Love

Limp Bizkit Take a Look Around

Metallica One

Mick Jagger Visions of Paradise

Nirvana Smells Like Teen Spirit

Oasis All Around The World

Queen Bohemian Rhapsody

The Smashing Pumpkins Ava Adore

Red Hot Chili Peppers Give it Away

The Kinks All Day and All of the Night

The Clash London Calling

The Verve Bittersweet Symphony

ZZ Top Gimme all your Loving

Already too many to keep you bussy. ^^

Love these threads, inspires me to listen to new and obscure bands and artists I've never heard of, but are just fu(king amazing.  Dave that was a fkin amazing track.  I think it's the first time I've hammered itunes since I installed it trying to get some decent music again after my selection being stale for a good 12 months without anything new.
